How To Take Back Control Of Your Morning Routine
Most people chase the perfect morning routine. They chase productivity hacks. It’s not entirely their fault. Companies, influencers and the media have promised them their best selves. But first, you need to buy that productivity planner, AI app or new mushroom drink.
It works. People buy them because they are stuck but want to get ahead. At first, they love these products. They paid for it. They developed emotions. They spend hours organising their life around them. They are productive. At least they think so. They work a lot, but not on what matters. Once the enthusiasm fades, they are back in the market looking for the next hack.
I was there. I watched all the videos, bought the courses and read the books written by big names. I had +2 hours long morning routine with a list of activities before work. I had to tick them out so I don’t forget one. Some helped, but most didn’t. I was always left with work. And it needed doing. I realised I missed the basics.
The most successful people just wake up and work on the things that take them closer to their goals. They do the work. But they also use health to their advantage. They invest time to understand their body and biology. They lift heavy, run far, and rest hard. They do this so they can think and work better today. And tomorrow.

The best investment you can make is to work on the right things. The things that get you closer to your goals. But if you want to work better now and in the future, use your health.
Everything else is just overcomplication.
