The blog started when friends kept asking how I maintain 6.8% body fat, 88% sleep performance, and train 7 days a week while working full-time.
The questions turned into experiments. The experiments turned into data. The data turned into this blog.
My Approach: 80/20 longevity on a normal budget. No trust fund. No private chef. No unlimited time. No startups sold. Just systematic optimization of what actually moves the needle.
I test everything on myself first. Track the data. Share the results. Both the wins and the failures.
